Feast: Michael Downs "Retirement"
I started a tradition not that long ago of trying to make meals for friends who are leaving our school. Michael, a dear friend and one of the most holy men I've ever met, and I shared great whiskey together before. I also gave him food recommendations when he visited his brother in New York. I was happy to be able to make this meal to celebrate him and his incredible work.
