Feast: Tomatonista 2011
Our very first, Tomatonista. Even though I have paid more for a meal than the Tomatonista dinner at Manresa, I have never attended one; but the idea is so great that Liam Dempsey and I have collaborated for years with his home grown tomatoes. Here is our first dinner.

1st Course: Barely Cooked Tomato Soup with Parmesan Frico.

2nd Course: Tomato Salad on Corn Pudding (tomatoes 6 ways [tear drop tomatoes pickled, roasted cherry tomato, marinated cherry tomato, candied orange tomatoes, sliced yellow heirloom and German green tomato])

3rd Course: Shrimp with Thai Coconut Curry Sauce with Dried Tomatoes and Fried Shallots
