Feast: Asian Bistro Night Celebrating a Friend's Birthday
This meal is inspired by Katrina's likes and dislikes, while at the same time, I always make sure that all of my guests can eat every dish. With John's retirement party that meant Pescetarian. With my dear friend Chelsea, who loves great food, she also has horrific allergies to both gluten and dairy. So this was an exciting challenge that was pulled off nicely.
